Salons & Spas

Full columns. Paid deposits. Clients who come back.

Opranta runs the salon floor — stylist columns that cannot double-book, deposits and no-show fees, a waitlist that refills cancellations, checkout with tips and retail, and the packages, memberships and loyalty that bring clients back. For hair salons, barbers, nail bars and spas.

The week you have now

What a salon front desk loses to admin.

The phone rings while every stylist has their hands full, and the caller books elsewhere

No-shows and late cancellations leave a chair empty with nothing collected

A two-hour colour gets booked as a half-hour slot, and two clients end up in one chair

Tips, retail, packages and commission are added up on paper at the end of the week

The week after

The chair that was cancelled at nine is full by ten.

The waitlist gets the slot by text, the first to accept books it, and the late-cancel fee was already charged to the card on file.

Set up for salon on day one

The vocabulary, templates, reminder timings and automations arrive configured for this industry — not as a blank workspace with a training video.

What is included

Built for how salon actually runs.

The same platform every other industry gets, with these six configured and switched on before you log in.

01

A day in stylist columns

Chairs and rooms booked as resources, colour held through its processing time, and multi-service visits checked for their whole length — one chair, one stylist, never double-booked.

02

Deposits and no-show fees

A deposit per service or per location, card on file at online booking, and no-show and late-cancel fees charged to it — or sent as a link when there is no card.

03

Waitlist and walk-ins

A cancellation offers the freed slot to everyone waiting who fits; first to accept gets it. A QR at the door puts walk-ins in a live queue and texts them when a chair is ready.

04

Checkout and stylist pay

Services per stylist, retail that sells stock down, tips split across the chair and split tender — one invoice. Commission after back-bar, retail % and tips land on each stylist’s pay, with a payroll export.

05

Packages, memberships, gift cards, loyalty

Session packages and gift cards redeemed at checkout, monthly memberships that renew themselves with a member discount, and points with referral bonuses.

06

Colour & Style card

Formula by zone with copy-last, before and after photos, and the patch test — with a warning when it is missing, failed or out of date. The AI receptionist knows the real menu, lengths and deposit terms.

End to end

One enquiry, from first contact to paid.

01

Client books, calls or walks in

Online with a deposit and a card on file, through the AI receptionist when the desk is busy, or by the QR at the door.

02

The right stylist and chair

The visit is laid out service by service; a clash with another client, a full station or closing time blocks the booking before it is made.

03

A cancellation fills itself

The freed slot is offered to the waitlist by text. A no-show or a late cancel is charged to the card on file.

04

Checkout in one go

Services, retail, tip, deposit credited, package session or gift card — paid by cash, terminal, saved card or split. Stylist pay is written at the same moment.

05

Rebook, review and reward

Rebook-after reminders, a review request, loyalty points earned, and a birthday message when it comes round.

See it run a real salon day.

Bring your busiest hour and we will walk it through — the calls, the intake, the reminders, the invoice — in the workspace, not a slide deck.
